How we handle the details you send us, in plain language.
What we collect
When you send a quote request through our website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, where the job is, the type of property, what the work involves, your timing and anything else you write in the project details.
We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to prepare and send your quote, and to contact you about the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your details, share them with anyone else, or use them for marketing.
Where it is kept
Your quote request is stored securely in our website's database and a copy is emailed to us so we can respond. Only Impulse Painting can see it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have stored about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just contact us and we will take care of it.
